Business Development Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Sales Manager) with proven experience in Facilities Management and Technical Services within the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling HVAC services and specialized cleaning and maintenance contracts, along with an established client network in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

1.) Develop and execute strategic business development plans for specialized cleaning and maintenance services.

Scope of Services:

  • HVAC System / Air Duct Cleaning
  • HVAC Inspection & Maintenance
  • Water Tank Cleaning & Pipeline Disinfection
  • Kitchen Duct & Grease Trap Cleaning
  • Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning
  • Facade Cleaning, Inspection & Repairs
  • Drain Line Jetting & Sump Pit Cleaning
  • Smoke and Fire Damage Restoration
  • Swimming Pool Maintenance & Cleaning
  • Preventive & Reactive Maintenance
  • Waste Management Services
  • Yacht & Aircraft Cleaning
  • Ship Cleaning / Asbestos Removal

2.) Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.

3.) Secure new contracts and expand the company’s client portfolio.

4.) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and high customer satisfaction.

5.) Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and contract documentation.

6.) Coordinate with technical and operations teams to tailor service solutions to client requirements.

7.) Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Engineering/Management Graduate
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in Business Development or Sales within the Facilities Management or Technical Services sector in the GCC region.
  • Demonstrated success in securing and managing HVAC service contracts and technical maintenance agreements.
  • Strong understanding of specialized cleaning, MEP, and integrated facilities management solutions.
  • Established network of corporate clients, property management companies, FM consultants, and contractors within the UAE.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop pricing strategies and negotiate complex contracts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prepare professional technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with operations teams.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a competitive market environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
