The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating international sales role for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening strategic doors, and closing meaningful commercial partnerships.

You will carry and own your number. You will be directly accountable for international retail revenue - and rewarded generously for exceeding targets through a commission-heavy structure designed to reflect performance.


You will lead the expansion of Feel’s award-winning product range into mid-to-high-tier distributors and direct retail partners across priority global markets. Leveraging your existing network within health, wellness, beauty, pharmacy, and FMCG retail sectors, you will accelerate Feel’s international retail footprint from day one.


We are already live in prominent placements across Ulta, Spinneys/Waitrose, Watsons in Dubai and are just getting started.


Approximately 30% of your time will be dedicated to delivering product training and commercial presentations to distributor sales teams, retail staff, and pharmacy professionals - ensuring our partners understand Feel’s science-backed positioning and can confidently sell our products at scale.


This is not a passive account management role. It is a commercially driven, hands-on execution role for someone confident enough in their network and closing ability to bet on themselves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver clear monthly and quarterly sell-in revenue targets tied to new account acquisition, distribution growth and market expansion.
  • Manage the full commercial cycle from initial outreach and negotiations through signed agreements and first orders.
  • Negotiate pricing structures, margins, minimum order quantities, exclusivity agreements and trade marketing commitments aligned with brand positioning.
  • Develop compelling commercial proposals tailored to each retailer, distributor and market.
  • Identify both distributor-led and direct retail opportunities including pharmacy chains, wellness retailers, beauty retailers and department stores.


Account Management and Growth

  • Grow existing distributor and retail relationships to drive reorders, expanded SKUs, improved shelf presence and deeper market penetration.
  • Lead regular business reviews with partners, analysing sell-through, stock levels and category performance.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations and Demand Planning to ensure forecasting accuracy and stock availability.
  • Own the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to long-term strategic growth.


Product Training and Market Activation

  • Deliver engaging product training sessions to distributor teams, retail staff and pharmacy professionals, both in-person and virtual.
  • Adapt and present sales decks, training materials and product education tools across different markets and audiences.
  • Represent Feel as the commercial face of the brand at retail meetings, trade shows and industry events across the region.
  • Ensure all partners deeply understand Feel’s science-backed differentiation, patented ingredients and competitive positioning.


Commercial Ownership and Reporting

  • Take full ownership of international retail performance including revenue, margin and pipeline forecasting.
  • Produce structured weekly and monthly reporting covering revenue tracking, pipeline status and market intelligence.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Finance and Operations to ensure smooth launches and retail execution.



Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of proven retail or international sales experience within wellness, supplements, beauty, pharma, or adjacent FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrable track record of personally closing and scaling retail and distributor partnerships - not just overseeing teams.
  • Established GCC regional retail and distributor network that can be activated immediately.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience structuring pricing, margins, and long-term agreements.
  • Data-driven and commercially astute, comfortable building forecasts and analysing performance.
  • Confident communicator able to present to senior buyers and commercial decision-makers.
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
