Business Development Manager

Elegant Zone General Trading LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee sales operations, business development, and overall company coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in cosmetics or trading businesses within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily business operations and sales activities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets

Handle key accounts and maintain strong client relationships

Coordinate with suppliers and international brands

Supervise sales team performance and provide guidance

Monitor stock levels and market trends

Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales/operations management (Cosmetics/ preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

UAE market knowledge is mandatory

Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Business Administration or related field

Valid UAE driving license preferred
