Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in the maritime sector by securing new contracts, maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs in the global industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate new business leads within sectors like ship owning, operating, chartering, and offshore energy.

- Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with shipowners, port authorities, and logistics providers to unlock exclusive agreements.

- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, CRM tracking, and leading tender or proposal processes.

- Lead negotiations to secure favourable commercial terms while ensuring compliance with international maritime legal and risk frameworks.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust growth strategies

- Ensure seamless service delivery and commercial feasibility.

Qualifications & Skills

- Min 5 years of proven success in business development within maritime, shipping, or logistics sectors.

- An established professional network within the global maritime industry.

- Deep understanding of shipping operations, international maritime regulations (IMO), and maritime software systems.

- Exceptional negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
