- Business Growth & Client Acquisition
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi and surrounding regions
Sales & Revenue Management
- Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market pricing trends and competitor activities
Strategic Development
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and service gaps
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence
- Build long-term partnerships and key accounts for sustainable growth
Client Relationship & Coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts
- Address client concerns proactively to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients including malls, residential communities, facility management companies, hospitality groups, fleet companies, and corporate organizations
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client need
- Requirement
- Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales
- Mandatory experience in the service industry, Facility Management, or Hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market, particularly Abu Dhabi
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
- Currently based in the UAE(Mandatory)
