Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding the company’s presence in the crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain domain.

Build and maintain strong relationships with exchanges, crypto projects, investors, partners, and institutional clients.

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the crypto space.

Lead partnership discussions, negotiations, and onboarding processes.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align business strategies.

Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking forums.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

Track sales performance and maintain CRM records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, or fintech industry.

Strong understanding of crypto markets, DeFi, NFTs, exchanges, wallets, and blockchain fundamentals.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
