Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to position the SaaS platform effectively.
  • Build a robust pipeline by targeting enterprise and mid-market clients through outbound and inbound strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored sales pitches and solutions to address specific client challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, subscription models, and B2B sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with Business Applications and CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technology, integrations, and enterprise software.
