Location: Mohali (Onsite)

Shift Timing: 3 AM-12 PM (Australian Shift)/5 days working

CTC: Up to 7-8 LPA + Unlimitted Incentives

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in B2B or B2C international sales. The role involves generating revenue, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while working with international markets.

Role & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying prospects through calls, emails, and digital outreach.
  • Explaining product benefits, durability, design, quality, and pricing.
  • Building trust & closing sales by understanding customer needs.
  • Achieving weekly targets with incentives for every milestone.

Think of yourself as the face of Stone Depot in the Australian market helping clients choose the right stone for their projects while driving company growth.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales (B2B or B2C)or enterprise sales ,international sales experience is required
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with a proven sales record
  • Prior experience with international clients (preferred)
