Job Description: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and industry trends Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Prepare business proposals, quotations, and performance reports.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales Strong lead generation, negotiation, and client management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to work in a target-driven environment
