Business Development Manager

Overview

Our client is fast growing medical technology provider delivering innovative healthcare solutions across the UAE. Focused on expanding market presence through strong hospital partnerships, regulatory alignment, and high impact commercial strategies. We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager - UAE to lead market entry and business development efforts in Dubai.

This role will be responsible for building the company's commercial footprint from the ground up including hospital engagement, distributor partnerships, regulatory coordination, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the UAE go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify target hospitals, key accounts, and priority product segments.
  • Build and manage relationships with procurement heads, biomedical teams, and clinicians.
  • Drive product listings and participate in tender submissions.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with hospitals and distributors.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard local distributor partners.
  • Support product registration and coordinate with regulatory consultants.
  • Work closely with headquarters on pricing, supply planning, and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve defined revenue targets and provide regular performance updates.
  • Share market intelligence and competitor insights with leadership.
Must Have
  • 15+ years of experience in medical devices sales within UAE.
  • Proven track record of launching new products or entering new markets.
  • Strong relationships within Dubai's healthcare ecosystem.
  • Understanding of UAE regulatory processes.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of market development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) - Marketing, International Business, or Healthcare Management.
