Business Development Manager

Abunayyan Holding Company is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and expand our presence within the construction and infrastructure sectors .

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and supporting the company’s expansion by developing and executing effective business development strategies.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and strategic partnerships that support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead prequalification submissions, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and support the development of winning tender strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with estimation, engineering, and operations teams during the bid preparation process.
  • Prepare and deliver professional business proposals, commercial offers, and client presentations.
  • Maintain and monitor the business development pipeline, including leads, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Participate in the negotiation of commercial terms and support contract finalization in coordination with legal and commercial teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Support senior management in developing market expansion strategies and identifying new market opportunities.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field .
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries .
  • Strong knowledge of tendering, prequalification processes, and contract frameworks .
  • Established professional network with clients, consultants, and developers is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills .
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and market assessment capabilities .
  • Ability to work independently while achieving business growth targets.
