Abunayyan Holding Company is seeking a highly experienced
Business Development Manager
to drive strategic growth and expand our presence within the
construction and infrastructure sectors
.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and supporting the company’s expansion by developing and executing effective business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and strategic partnerships that support the company’s growth objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and other key stakeholders.

Lead prequalification submissions, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and support the development of winning tender strategies.

Collaborate closely with estimation, engineering, and operations teams during the bid preparation process.

Prepare and deliver professional business proposals, commercial offers, and client presentations.

Maintain and monitor the business development pipeline, including leads, opportunities, and forecasts.

Participate in the negotiation of commercial terms and support contract finalization in coordination with legal and commercial teams.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Support senior management in developing market expansion strategies and identifying new market opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
.

Minimum of 10 years of experience
in business development within the
construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries
.

Strong knowledge of
tendering, prequalification processes, and contract frameworks
.

Established professional network with
clients, consultants, and developers
is highly desirable.

negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
.

analytical, strategic thinking, and market assessment capabilities
