Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an advertising agency, preferably in events and activations, and will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads and convert them into clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Present proposals and close sales deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Experience in an advertising agency (events/activations preferred)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
