Business development manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
  • Communicate with potential clients and close deals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales and business development
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Experience in client handling is a plus
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
