Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Communicate with potential clients and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Experience in client handling is a plus
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
