Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager (BDM) – KSA will be responsible for driving revenue growth through marketing activities planning and deployment of the right resources, expanding market presence, and developing strategic relationships across the Kingdom. The role will focus on strengthening the company’s position in the ventilation and air movement solutions market, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning local execution with regional sales strategies and working in conjunction with teams locally and in U.A.E.


Key Job Responsibilities:


Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors including HVAC, construction, industrial, Oil and Gas and infrastructure projects.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth in the KSA market.
  • Develop and execute a structured market penetration strategy for Maico Gulf product lines.

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity and obtaining the data and customer needs.
  • Establish and expand distribution networks, partnerships, and channel relationships.
  • Support the introduction and positioning of new products in the KSA market.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with our distributors and channel partners on local business strategy and operational alignment.
  • Coordinate with the Maico Gulf Sales Director to align regional sales goals, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Project Management & Execution

  • Track and manage project pipelines from lead generation through to order closure.
  • Submit monthly forecasts on expected orders and billing.
  • Support tender submissions, technical discussions, and negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.


Qualifications & Skills:


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in business development or sales within HVAC, ventilation, or building materials industries.
  • Strong experience in the KSA market with an established network of industry contacts.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work in a dual-reporting structure and manage cross-functional coordination.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Team player

Technical Knowledge

  • Good understanding of ventilation systems, air movement products, and HVAC applications.
  • Familiarity with project-based sales cycles and specification-driven business.
