What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Development Manager at Land Sterling, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Consultancy and Advisory services across the UAE market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing strategic client relationships, and positioning Land Sterling as a trusted real estate consultancy partner. This role requires a commercially driven individual with strong industry knowledge, an established professional network, and the ability to engage with corporate clients, developers, investors, and key stakeholders across the real estate sector.
Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and follow up on new business opportunities across Land Sterling’s consultancy and advisory service lines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, corporate clients, investors, banks, and other key industry stakeholders.

Proactively develop a pipeline of consultancy opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and strategic outreach.

Position Land Sterling’s consultancy services effectively by understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions.

Work closely with internal departments including Valuations, Advisory, Project Management, and other service lines to support cross-selling opportunities and overall business growth.

Attend client meetings, presentations, and pitches to support the conversion of new business opportunities.

Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, fee submissions, and business development materials.

Maintain strong market awareness including competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the UAE real estate sector.

Track and manage pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue generation, providing regular updates to senior management.

Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.

Represent Land Sterling at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development within real estate consultancy, advisory, or property services.

Strong exposure to the UAE real estate market with established industry relationships.

Previous experience working with or alongside real estate developers and corporate clients.

Strong corporate and business development background with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and institutional clients.

Understanding of consultancy and advisory services within the real estate sector, including valuations, feasibility, or market advisory services.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams while independently managing business development activities.

High level of commercial awareness and business judgment.
