Business Development Manager

We need BDM who can drive our Sales functions in Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal and Multan
Preference will be given to candidates with cosmetic background

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and drive growth in assigned territory

Manage distributors and develop strong trade relationships

Ensure product availability, visibility, and market execution

Lead and supervise sales team of that region

Expand distribution network and coverage

Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

5 years FMCG/cosmetics sales experience

Strong knowledge of local market and distribution channels

Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Must have hands-on experience with sales-related software

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
