We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a balance of hands on sales execution and strategic thinking to help position Nabeh AI as a key AI solution provider in the market.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across SMEs, startups, and enterprise segments
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Conduct product demos and present tailored AI solutions to clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Strategic Growth
- Develop and execute go to market strategies
- Identify new market opportunities and verticals
- Contribute to pricing strategies and product positioning
Client Relationship Management
- Build long term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Partnership Development
- Establish and manage partnerships with agencies, consultants, and ecosystem players
- Explore collaboration opportunities to expand market reach
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or technology driven products is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment.
