Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a balance of hands on sales execution and strategic thinking to help position Nabeh AI as a key AI solution provider in the market.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients across SMEs, startups, and enterprise segments
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
  • Conduct product demos and present tailored AI solutions to clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Strategic Growth
  • Develop and execute go to market strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities and verticals
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and product positioning
Client Relationship Management
  • Build long term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Partnership Development
  • Establish and manage partnerships with agencies, consultants, and ecosystem players
  • Explore collaboration opportunities to expand market reach
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or technology driven products is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment.
