Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, securing fit-out projects, and contributing to the long-term growth of the organization.

The successful candidate must possess strong UAE market exposure within the interior fit-out industry, with proven experience in client acquisition, project sales, and relationship management across commercial, retail, office, and F&B sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the UAE fit-out and construction market.
  • Generate qualified leads for:
  • Retail Fit-Out Projects
  • Mall and Building Renovation Works
  • Commercial Office Interiors
  • F&B Outlets
  • Corporate Interior Projects
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with:
  • Consultants
  • Architects
  • Developers
  • Project Management Consultants (PMCs)
  • Mall Management Teams
  • Retail Brands
  • Corporate Clients
  • Facility Management Companies
  • Attend client meetings, project briefings, presentations, and site inspections.
  • Coordinate with estimation and operations departments for preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, and technical submissions.
  • Monitor project pipelines and maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Identify tender opportunities and upcoming projects within the market.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support project closures.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development records.
  • Professionally represent the company in all client interactions and networking events.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–6 years of UAE experience in Business Development within the Interior Fit-Out / Contracting industry.
  • Proven track record in generating business and securing fit-out projects in the UAE market.
  • Strong industry network and client database preferred.
  • Sound understanding of:
  • Interior Fit-Out Works
  • Commercial Interiors
  • BOQ & Tendering Processes
  • Project Coordination & Execution
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional email correspondence.
