Black Diamond Media Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with proven leadership abilities and a track record of driving revenue growth.

Key Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in Sales & Business Development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in corporate sales, client acquisition, and business strategy development

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and market expansion plans
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
