Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline activities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per day
