Responsibilities

* Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share.

* Represent Rescom Financial Services with a high degree of professionalism at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience from start to finish.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform our business strategy.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services sector.
* A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
