Job Description:
As an Affiliate Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive project sales through a strong and well-managed Affiliate Network. This role demands a proactive approach to building, nurturing, and leveraging relationships with real estate agents, channel partners, and dealers to pull out consistent and high-quality sales. You will also lead the internal sales team in supporting affiliate-driven business and ensuring seamless execution of deals. Your core focus will be to generate results through network-based selling, develop scalable partner programs, and ensure that the affiliate ecosystem becomes a sustainable source of sales growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a focused strategy to pull out sales via a high-performance Affiliate Network, including real estate agents, brokers, channel partners, and dealers.

Identify, onboard, train, and manage affiliates to ensure they are equipped and motivated to promote and sell assigned projects effectively.

Build a scalable partner ecosystem and continuously expand the network to increase outreach and lead generation.

Drive consistent sales conversions by leveraging affiliate relationships and ensuring timely coordination between affiliates and the in-house sales team.

Provide affiliates with necessary marketing materials, training, and real-time project updates to enable effective selling.

Establish clear sales targets for affiliates and continuously monitor their performance, providing support and interventions where required.

Ensure proper tracking, lead management, and deal closure processes are followed with transparency and accuracy.

Lead and guide the internal sales team to work in alignment with the affiliate channel, focusing on high-quality site visits and closure support.

Maintain regular engagement with affiliates through calls, events, site tours, and one-on-one meetings to keep the network active and motivated.

Analyze data to track affiliate effectiveness, optimize network performance, and make informed decisions to improve overall sales outcomes.

Ensure an exceptional client experience by supporting affiliates in handling objections, understanding evolving client requirements, and providing post-sales support.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and regional developments to sharpen affiliate outreach and positioning strategies.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.

Experience:
Total Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in sales.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience specifically in affiliate/channel partner management, preferably in the real estate sector.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets through indirect channels or affiliate networks.

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build lasting business relationships.

Excellent understanding of real estate sales processes and regional market dynamics.

Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required.
