We are currently seeking an experienced
Air Freight Manager
to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in air freight operations and a passion for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the air freight segment.

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company targets and budget objectives.

Conduct regular visits to meet potential clients and strengthen customer relationships.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Generate competitive and profitable air freight pricing requests when required.

Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery for new clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Actively represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking functions to promote services and enhance brand visibility.

Provide feedback from the market to internal teams, supporting continuous improvement and service innovation.

Maintain and update customer information through CRM systems, ensuring accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or International Trade).

Proven theoretical and practical knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics sector, particularly in air freight.

Minimum of
8-10 years of experience
in business development, sales, or pricing roles within the logistics industry.

Excellent command of
English
(both written and spoken).

Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
applications.
