Upscale Valley is a fast-growing Amazon services agency specializing in Private Label, PPC management, brand development, SEO, and A-to-Z Amazon account management. We work with global clients and help brands scale using data-driven strategies and expert support. We are now expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Amazon services industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new clients for Amazon Private Label and PPC management services.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within the Amazon service-based industry to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct discovery calls, understand client pain points, and present tailored service solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from outreach, pitching, negotiation, to closing deals.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain a high closing ratio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, pricing structures, and service packages.
• Track KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly business development reports, and forecast sales targets.
• Attend online meetings with USA/UK clients when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within an Amazon service-based agency.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Private Label, PPC, Listing Optimization, Account Management, and Brand Building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-ticket clients.
• Fluency in English (verbal & written) is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
