Business Development Manager (Architect/ Interiors)

We are hiring BDM for architects, interior designers, and corporate accounts for Sultanpur location.

Position - BDM

Experience - 6 to 8 yrs

Salary - 40k to 60k per month

Location - Sultanpur Delhi

Note - Bike is mandatory for this position

Job Description:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, interior designers, and corporate accounts.

• Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closings with key clients and partners.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to create customer-centric solutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury retail segment.

• Drive CRM initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention.

• Desired Candidate Profile: • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales within luxury retail, premium interiors, or lifestyle products.

• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets and building strategic relationships.

• Strong network within the luxury, interior, and lifestyle industry.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strategic thinker with a passion for luxury products and customer excellence.

• Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
