We are a specialised for data-critical organisations in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a remote-based Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition through a structured, assessment-led sales approach.

This role is remote with periodic travel to Saudi Arabia for strategic meetings, key presentations, and deal closures.

You will sell Recovery Assurance, not hardware or generic IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• New Customer Acquisition (Primary Focus)
• Identify mid-size and enterprise accounts in KSA
• Target IT Managers, CIOs, Infrastructure Heads
• Position Backup Health Check as entry offer
• Drive opportunities from assessment to managed service contract
• Remote Sales Execution
• Run discovery calls & qualification remotely
• Coordinate technical workshops with Technical engineers
• Conduct executive-level virtual presentations
• Convert risk exposure into managed backup contracts

Travel required only for:

• High-value deal closures
• Strategic enterprise meetings
• QBRs for key customers (when needed)
• Expected travel: 1–2 trips per quarter (as required)
• Strategic Account Development
• Expand & identify multi-vendor backup operations/environments
• Position restore testing & recovery SLAs
• Bundle Light NOC services where aligned

Experience

• 4–8 years in B2B IT sales (Experience selling into the KSA market (preferred)
• Experience selling:
