Job Title: Networker Administrator (Backup &amp; Storage Infrastructure) Department: IT Infrastructure / Data Centre Location: EgyptJob SummaryWe are seeking a Networker Administrator with hands-on experience in Dell EMC NetWorker and Data Domain. The role is responsible for managing and monitoring backup infrastructure within an on-premises data centre environment, ensuring data protection, system availability, and successful recovery operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Administer and manage the Dell EMC Networker backup environment.</li><li>Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot backup jobs and restore processes.</li><li>Manage and maintain Dell EMC Data Domain storage appliances.</li><li>Perform backup verification and ensure successful completion of scheduled jobs.</li><li>Handle backup failures, error analysis, and root cause troubleshooting.</li><li>Execute data restore requests within defined SLAs.</li><li>Maintain backup policies, retention rules, and documentation.</li><li>Work closely with System, Storage, and Infrastructure teams.</li><li>Generate periodic backup reports and capacity planning insights.</li></ul>Technical Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in Dell EMC NetWorker administration.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Dell EMC Data Domain.</li><li>Strong understanding of backup concepts (Full, Incremental, Differential, Deduplication).</li><li>Basic knowledge of Windows &amp; Linux servers.</li><li>Understanding of Storage &amp; Data Center infrastructure fundamentals.</li><li>Familiarity with virtualization environments (VMware is a plus).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>EMC certifications (NetWorker or Data Domain).</li><li>Exposure to enterprise backup environments.</li><li>Basic knowledge of cloud backup integration (optional).</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong troubleshooting skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment</li><li>Good documentation and reporting skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is the Current Salary?</li><li>What is the Expected Salary?</li><li>What is the notice period</li></ul>
