Business Development Manager – Banca Channel

Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra – 416003
CTC: ₹3.25 LPA
Travel Allowance: Up to ₹6,000/month

Age: 35–36 years
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales, BFSI, Cross-Selling, or Banking/Financial Sector
Product: Life Insurance
Leads: Provided by the company/bank

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through the Banca Channel
• Work on provided leads & convert them into business
• Build strong relations with bank staff and customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication & sales skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in BFSI/Banking will be preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
