Job Title: Business Development Manager (Male)

Location: Dalhousie, Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation:

₹15,000–₹18,000 per month

Incentives based on performance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will generate leads, meet prospects, and achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships. This role demands excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to excel in a field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.

Conduct field visits to meet clients and understand requirements.

Present and promote products/services effectively.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales goals.

Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Maintain sales records and submit regular reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply).

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Other: Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
