Business Development Manager (BDM)

One of the leading Finance and Accounting Outsourcing company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic planning, sales and customer relationship management with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to penetrate these markets effectively.
• Utilize various tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on progress.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and promotional materials.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.
• Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Experience

• Proven three to five years of experience in business development or sales roles, within Accounting and FP&A industry.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close high-value deals.
• Strong knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
