Job Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for leading the sales strategy, acquiring large corporate clients, and managing the overall performance of the sales team. The role involves coaching and supervising BDEs and Field Sales Representatives while maintaining strong relationships with top-tier clients.

The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and highly professional, with a proven track record in acquiring and managing large-scale corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy and execution for corporate and high-value clients.
  • Acquire large corporate clients, including government and semi-government entities.
  • Coach, supervise, and mentor BDEs and Field Sales Representatives to maximize team performance.
  • Maintain strong top-level client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor team KPIs, ensuring achievement of 3–5 major clients signed per quarter (e.g., PIF projects, government, or semi-government entities).
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Any nationality; fluent in English.
  • Must have minimum 4 or more years of sales or business development experience, preferably in recruitment, manpower or outsourcing industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Proven experience in acquiring and managing large corporate clients.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Riyadh’s commercial, government, and semi-government sectors.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans independently.

Compensation

  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience
  • Incentives: KPI-linked performance bonuses

KPI / Performance Metrics

  • Acquire 3–5 major clients per quarter (e.g., PIF projects, government or semi-government entities).
  • Ensure team performance targets are achieved.
  • Maintain high-level client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼13,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Business Development in Manpower or Recruitment Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
