Job brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Attend industry events and network with key stakeholders.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Preferred Real Estate industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
