We’re Hiring – BDM / Sales Head (Power Tools, Agricuture Industry)

Location: Mohali / Pan India (as per requirement)

Industry: Power Tools & Machines/ Agriculture.

Experience: 3+ years (Power Tools, Agricuture industry experience is mandatory)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Sales Head to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Power Tools industry, dealer/channel development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets

Manage and expand dealer & distributor network

Identify new business opportunities across regions

Conduct competitive market research and pricing analysis

Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to drive performance

Handle key accounts, negotiations, and sales closures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Power Tools industry (mandatory)

Strong communication, leadership & negotiation skills

Willing to travel for business development

Ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressure
