Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with 1–2 years of experience in sales or client acquisition, preferably within a digital marketing or IT agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

You will work closely with the marketing, design, and web development teams to propose tailored digital solutions that align with client goals. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — along with a good understanding of digital services and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and lead generation.

Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable digital solutions.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations for prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans and ensure smooth delivery.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Research industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in a digital or IT agency.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, website development, and creative design services.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling international clients or B2B sales.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or Freelancer platforms.

Knowledge of preparing business proposals and marketing collaterals.

Basic understanding of project pricing and client onboarding processes.
