We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to handle both existing client accounts and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling software solutions—particularly CRM systems—and a strong passion for driving growth and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect with, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach.
- Conduct research to identify potential organizations and individuals for business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, warm leads, and networking.
- Boost company revenue by growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote services and generate leads.
- Set and achieve sales goals while guiding and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in the software industry, preferably in CRM software sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and design growth strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
