Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Business Development Manager – IT who can manage LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and client acquisition. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to convince and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach and build a strong lead pipeline.
Conduct email marketing campaigns and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings on Google Meet (GMeet) and present company services confidently.
Convert warm leads into active clients.
Maintain CRM, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand services and client requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and email marketing tools.
Good convincing and negotiation ability.
Basic understanding of IT services, websites, and digital marketing.
Ability to meet targets and work independently.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development (IT preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
