Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, driving online/offline sales, and supporting market growth for transformer products across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients (EPCs, industries, utilities, govt).
  • Generate leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close orders.
  • Track tenders, vendor registrations, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and visit key customers.
  • Build and manage a small sales team as business grows.
  • Support basic international market development activities.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of transformer/electrical markets.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • CRM, MS Office, and online lead-generation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership qualities.

Experience:

  • 4–8 years in B2B sales of transformers or electrical products.
  • Experience with online B2B platforms preferred.
  • Team management experience is a plus.

Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
