Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Optical counter selection through detailed assessment, finalize the terms of business, Sign-up of MOU, launching of retail store with renovation/modification, and generate business for company.
• Meeting Key Ophthalmologist and Attending O.T
• Finding new Eye Hospitals, speaking with doctors that specialize in ophthalmology, introducing the business, and performing catchment analyses.
• Check out the legalities of the Hospital, prepare agreement and discuss with the DIRECTOR /Concerned department for the further action.
• Demonstrate FOCO model, with target customers, clear their queries and set business terms to get win-win situation for both the parties and close agreement for Optical centre
• Conceptualizing & implementing the business plans and ensuring accomplishment of the business goals and achieve the target across the assigned region
• Get signed the agreement in consultation with legal team, coordinate with roll out to construct/modified the outlet, launch of centre as per the agreed terms between both the parties
• Acquisition/Replacement/Creation of franchise optical store at Eye hospitals in consultation with chief decision maker
• Retail store expansion through hospitals tie-ups & revenue generation through them
• Final negotiation on revenue share, SOPs, with Ophthalmologist & decision maker
• Attend the National and state level conference to generate new leads & represent the company.
• Lead the process of Selection of Hospital, ensure by thorough research that the acquisition will ensure high returns.
• Ensure that counter space and parking space selection is such that they are optimum range for each size of store is displayed while delivering the required returns as per square foot.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of projects to the Operation team that makes the store ready for retailing.
• Liaison between Hospital and Organization and get the things done without delay.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
