We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our Academic solutions Classess.com. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of our company by securing partnerships that align with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships

  • Collaborate Across Teams
  • Monitor Market Trends
  • Report to senior leadership.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 2+years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the education or EdTech sector.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Strong Negotiation Skills: expertise in leading negotiations and closing deals with high-level stakeholders.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse market data, trends, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive initiatives independently.

Note: This position requires regular travel to schools within the designated area. A valid driver's license and access to reliable Transportation and a Laptop are essential.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
