Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement innovative strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership:Provide training, professional development, and performance direction to the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
- Market Analysis:Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align offerings and enhance customer experiences.
- Performance Monitoring:Generate sales reports, analyze performance data, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Sales Experience:A proven track record of success in sales, with experience in lead conversion, client relationship management, and selling to B2B clients.
- Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, security solutions, and related software and hardware is advantageous.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships and understanding client needs.
- Business Acumen:A strong understanding of market dynamics, business development, and strategic planning is necessary to achieve business goals.
- Education:A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often a requirement.
- Tools:Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools is generally expected.
