Catalyst School of Business (CSB) is a fast-growing institution dedicated to shaping the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders. We provide premium consultancy programs for businesses with turnover of ₹1 crore+, covering exports, IPO consultancy, funding, sales acceleration, and more.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can sell our premium consultancy packages to high-value business owners, convince qualified leads, and close high-ticket sales consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business owners, entrepreneurs, and CXOs who are already warm/qualified leads.

Present and explain CSB’s premium consultancy offerings with confidence and clarity.

Build trust-based relationships with clients to convert leads into successful sales.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM.

Work closely with the Founders and Consulting Team to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Requirements

✅ Proven experience in B2B or premium consultancy sales.

✅ Strong ability to convince high-value clients and close deals.

✅ Excellent communication & presentation skills (Hindi + English).

✅ Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident personality.

✅ Experience in selling high-ticket programs/services (₹2L–₹10L+) is a big plus.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience) + Attractive Incentives on Conversions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
