We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to manage the end-to-end business development operations of the company.

The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing business growth strategies, handling key partnerships, and leading a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, institutions, sub-agents, and partnerships.
  • Manage the complete business development lifecycle—from lead generation to conversion and relationship management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student demand to align business strategies.

Team Management & Leadership :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
  • Assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure discipline, productivity, and alignment with company objectives.

Partnerships & Networking :

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, sub-agents, schools, and corporate partners.
  • Represent the company in seminars, expos, school visits, and promotional events.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements and MOUs in coordination with management.

Sales & Revenue Growth :

  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Oversee lead management, follow-ups, conversions, and reporting.
  • Work closely with counseling, visa, and operations teams to ensure smooth student processing and high satisfaction.

Reporting & Coordination :

  • Prepare and submit regular performance reports, market insights, and business forecasts to management.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards.

Required Skills :

  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in overseas education / study abroad consultancy.
  • Proven experience in handling a team and managing end-to-end business operations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
  • Valid driving license .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
