Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help grow our company. You will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Your goal is to expand our client portfolio and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in relevant markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and report on progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of technical or service-based solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • CEO / Managing Director / Head of Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Clients managing: 2 years (Required)
