Business Development Manager (BDM)

Seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, partnerships, and expansion across eco-resorts, house boats, events, and tourism projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business for resorts, house boats, events, and corporate bookings

Build partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, corporates, and event planners

Coordinate with Tourism Departments and local authorities for approvals and projects

Identify new locations and expansion opportunities

Track leads, partnerships, and revenue performance

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA preferred

2–6 years experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, or Real Estate.

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel and work on-ground
