Job Description:

Mentorcrafts Solutions Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the software industry, and be willing to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
• Present and promote company products and services to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably software sales).
• Willingness to travel extensively as part of the job.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
