Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client and investor relationships, and support the company’s growth and investment activities. Candidates with experience in the real estate sector are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business and investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and feasibility studies
  • Analyze market trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
  • Support negotiation and closing of business deals
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and government entities
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Achieve sales and business development targets
  • Prepare regular performance and market reports
  • Participate in meetings, exhibitions, and business events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Real estate sector experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools

Pay: From RO300.000 per month
