We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence across the UAE commercial flooring market.

Product Portfolio:

* Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT)

* Carpet Tiles

* Sheet Vinyl Flooring

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business opportunities and develop strategic client relationships across the UAE

* Engage with architects, consultants, contractors, fit-out companies, facility management firms, interior designers, and corporate clients

* Promote commercial flooring solutions and secure project specifications

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure

* Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and technical submissions

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion initiatives

Requirements:

* Proven business development/sales experience within the commercial flooring industry

* Strong knowledge of LVT, Carpet Tiles, and Sheet Vinyl flooring solutions

* Established network among corporate offices, commercial projects, fit-out contractors, consultants, and interior design firms is highly preferred

* UAE market experience is mandatory

* Valid UAE Driving License

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

* Immediate joiners will be given preference

Preferred Profile:

* Candidates with a proven track record of generating and closing AED 5 Million+ annual sales revenue will be highly considered.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per year
