About the Role: Smile Aligners is hiring Business Development Managers to expand our dentist partner network and drive growth across key Indian markets. This is a field-based role involving daily visits to dental clinics, relationship building, and partnership closures.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Onboard dentists & dental clinics as partners

✔ Promote Smile Aligners’ products & services

✔ Drive tie-ups, partnerships & closures

✔ Manage end-to-end communication with partners

✔ Build long-term relationships to ensure recurring business

✔ Identify new growth opportunities in assigned territory

Who Should Apply:

2+ years’ experience in Business Development / Field Sales

Graduate (mandatory)

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Willing to travel within the city

Target-driven & relationship-oriented
