Business Development Manager (BDM)

Experience: 2–3 years
Travel: Pan-India

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Manager capable of delivering high-impact presentations to large groups (60–70 government officials) and driving business growth through strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present projects and proposals to government officials and large audiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government departments and partners.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Travel pan-India for meetings, presentations, and project visits.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support business requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and public-speaking ability.
  • Confident, dynamic personality with professional presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel.
  • Experience in business development, government liaison, or institutional partnerships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Education:

Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
