To generate qualified leads for home automation solutions and systematically nurture them until conversion by coordinating with sales, design, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation

  • Generate leads through digital channels (website inquiries, social media, paid ads, portals, WhatsApp, email campaigns).
  • Handle incoming enquiries related to curtain automation, blinds, gate automation, shutters, skylights, ELV & smart home solutions.
  • Identify potential customers such as homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and corporates.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM or lead tracking sheets.

2. Lead Qualification

  • Understand client requirements: site type, scope, budget range, timelines.
  • Classify leads as hot / warm / cold based on readiness and seriousness.
  • Filter non-relevant or non-feasible enquiries to save sales time.

3. Lead Nurturing

  • Regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Share product details, brochures, videos, and basic solution explanations.
  • Educate clients on automation benefits, use cases, and options.
  • Maintain consistent communication until the lead is sales-ready.

4. Sales Coordination

  • Assign qualified leads to the sales / project team.
  • Schedule site visits, demos, and meetings.
  • Track feedback from sales and update lead status accordingly.
  • Support sales team with client history and requirement notes.

5. CRM & Reporting

  • Update CRM with follow-ups, remarks, and conversion status.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on:
  • Leads generated
  • Leads qualified
  • Leads converted
  • Leads lost (with reasons)
  • Monitor lead ageing and escalation of unattended leads.

6. Customer Experience Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers.
  • Ensure professional and prompt response to all enquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to avoid delays or miscommunication.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & follow-up skills
  • Basic understanding of home automation / ELV systems (or willingness to learn)
  • CRM handling and Excel proficiency
  • Persuasive and customer-friendly approach
  • Time management and multitasking ability

Preferred Background

  • Experience in real estate, home automation, interiors, ELV, building solutions, or B2C/B2B sales support
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered

  • Number of qualified leads per month
  • Follow-up closure ratio
  • Lead-to-site-visit conversion

  • Response time to enquiries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
